Angolan government has decided to create the information and communication technologies offices in all ministerial departments and private networks to ensure development of various services.

The fact was announced Thursday by the minister of Telecommunications, José Carvalho da Rocha, who stressed that the move is part of restructuring of public administration.

Addressing an opening of the workshop on " Information Technologies" organised by National Centre for Information Technology ( NCIT ), the official said that the automation and video conference are among the government's priorities.

According to Carvalho da Rocha, the benefits to implementing these services are many, with stress to "online" for citizens and enterprises."
